WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY ?
Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) is an approach to health care that looks at all aspects of our body:
-
Structure: muscles, bones, joints and posture.
-
Biochemistry: water, food, what’s in and on our body.
-
Emotions: your thoughts, feelings, fears and phobias.
-
Energy: the invisible force of nature that is in and all around us.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A KINESIOLOGY SESSION ?
Using light pressure to test your muscles (in-person or remote, by proxy), Kinesiologists first seek to detect whether you have any health imbalances, by relating weaknesses in different muscles to different areas of your body.
Once any problems have been identified, a Kinesiologist will aim to re-balance your body, by using different structural and emotional techniques. In addition, as they are trained in Nutrition, they may also recommend changes in lifestyle and diet.
Kinesiology is safe, non-invasive and can help improve health and happiness for everyone - from infants to the elderly - on a wide range of health issues.
